It’s one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself, to forgive.
– Maya Angelou
There is no condition of mind or body that cannot be lifted up. The life-giving Spirit is ever-present in me, through me, and as me.
The ancient alchemists believed in the process of transmutation to change base metals into gold. The key to unlocking this process was thought to be the mysterious Philosopher’s Stone.
There is a river flowing now very fast. It is so great and swift that there are those who will be afraid. They will try to hold on to the shore. They will feel they are being torn apart and will suffer greatly. Know the river has its destination. The elders say we must let go of the shore, push off into the middle of the river, keep our eyes open, and our heads above the water.

And the more souls who resonate together,
the greater the intensity of their love,
for, mirror-like, each soul reflects the others.

Then God said, “Let there be Light”; and there was Light. And God saw that the Light was good; and God separated the Light from the darkness.
When God created the Universe, what was there to create it out of, except out of Itself? Continue reading
